My twenties became a series of profound initiations that cracked me open and rerouted my entire life. These experiences moved me from seeker to guide — shaping me into an advocate and vessel for deep personal empowerment. Today, I help others clear energetic blocks, release limitations, and step into lives that feel aligned, soul-satiating, and fully alive.

I believe we all arrive with soul assignments, and the struggles we face aren’t random; they are initiations calling us to rise, remember, and evolve.

I grew up feeling everything—attuned to emotion, volatility, and unspoken truths, absorbing the room and unconsciously carrying energetic contracts for my family. I didn’t yet know my sensitivity was a gift; I only knew it was overwhelming. Over time, that overload took root in my body. Across 12 years, I was diagnosed with five autoimmune conditions, each one calling me deeper into healing, truth, and awakening.

Eventually, I chose to alchemize that sensitivity into my superpower—to turn pain into purpose, reclaim my voice and strength, and embrace the gifts I once suppressed.

Through years of deep healing, holistic work, energy practices, and soul reclamation, I reconnected with the truth of who I am. Now, I guide others in doing the same — embodying their truth, reclaiming their power, and living from the wisdom that has always lived within them.
