About Hannah Saunders
Hannah Saunders is the founder of Fluid Roots Wellness and a guide for souls walking the path of sacred remembrance. Based in Sebastopol, Sonoma County and recently married under the redwoods (blessed by creek waters and surrounded by her soul family), she supports individuals and groups in crossing thresholds—both seen and unseen.
With experience leading sacred pilgrimages to England's most potent sites and facilitating transformational retreats across Costa Rica, Nepal, and Mexico, Hannah holds space for the ancient wisdom that wants to move through modern gatherings. She understands the profound amplification of healing that happens when people gather in kinship—when we witness each other's growth and hold space together.
Her approach weaves together channeled guidance, energy healing, and somatic practices, creating containers where people can safely stretch into the fullest expression of who they came here to become.
