The tides are shifting and the most glorious doorway is opening for change and renewal. As we move toward summer—the greatest expression of light in the natural world—we are invited into that same expansion within ourselves. To step forward with greater clarity. To trust our gifts. To deepen our connection to community, purpose, and the wisdom that lives within us.

One of the strongest themes I see emerging for 2026 and beyond is sovereignty—energetically, personally, and within our communities. As the world becomes increasingly noisy, complex, and distracting, clarity becomes one of our greatest resources.

This workshop is designed for empaths, sensitives, healers, leaders, and anyone seeking greater discernment, energetic resilience, and self-trust. Together, we'll explore foundational practices for energetic protection, cord cutting and clearing, and energetic healing—practical tools to help you stay grounded, clear, and connected to your own truth.
