During a psychic reading, I tune into your energetic field and channel insights about specific blocks, patterns, or areas of focus in your life. It’s more conversational — like holding a lens to your energy, identifying what needs attention, and speaking directly to it.

During energy attunement, I move through your energetic and physical body to clear stagnant energy, realign your flow, and bring you back into a state of clarity, groundedness, and receptivity. Some sessions lean more toward insight; others call for deeper energy work. I follow what you need.

My full awakening unfolded while living and working at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, where I trained in Psychic Meditation, Esalen Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Tibetan Meditation, and Gestalt Therapy — grounding my intuitive gifts through deep somatic and consciousness-based practice.

From there, I spent three years in an intensive psychic academy and private mentorships, refining chakra and auric healing, past-life healing, soul activations, and ethical spiritual leadership. I have also spent years traveling to sacred sites across the world, learning directly from land, ancient cultures, and the living wisdom of nature.

Not at all. Due to the limitless nature of energy, there is no difference between an in-person or virtual session. I support clients all over the world with equal efficacy, regardless of location. Whether you are in the same room as me or across the country, you can expect the same depth of insight, the same precision of energy work, and the same quality of care.

That said, if you are in the North Bay — Sonoma County or Marin County — I love the opportunity to meet in person. I am flexible and happy to meet you wherever works best.

I employ a range of innate psychic gifts I have developed and harnessed over the years — clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), claircognizance (direct knowing), mediumship, telepathy, and channeling — to clear unwanted influences and amplify healing. I also use energy wielding to facilitate high-frequency activations, which help accelerate your healing and empowerment potential.

Yes! You can record the session yourself using your phone’s voice memo app, or use Zoom to create a recording saved to your computer for future review. Many clients find it helpful to listen back as they integrate what came through.
