  • All sessions are conducted via video call, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Recordings of sessions will also be provided for you to revisit.

  • To get the most out of your ELEVATE experience, we suggest setting up a cozy, quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself. Gather your favorite items, like crystals, candles, or a warm cup of tea, to create a soothing atmosphere that allows you to relax and delve deeply into the session.

  • In addition to the scheduled sessions, you’ll have access to bi-weekly assignments, and ongoing support from Hannah through email and Telegram. This ensures you’re fully supported throughout your transformation!

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make the program accessible. You can choose to pay in full or opt for a monthly payment plan that suits your financial situation.

  • No prior experience is necessary. ELEVATE is designed to meet you where you are on your spiritual journey, whether you’re just beginning or are already experienced in spiritual practices.

  • You’ll participate in regular sessions over the 12-week period, along with optional practices and assignments between sessions. While the time commitment can vary, expect to dedicate a few hours per week to fully engage with the journey.

  • If you need to miss a session, please notify Hannah as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and reschedule - life happens!
